Return Policy

All orders from FirstTech Corporation may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (less a 15% restocking fee at our discretion). In order to return your order, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Call 732-566-1001 to obtain an RMA# from your FirstTech representative.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded and FirstTech will not be responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
